Ellie Vogelsberg

Ellie Vogelsberg is a Colorado-based visual educator, choreographer, and drill designer with over 10 years of dance experience, 9 years of marching arts experience, and more than 6 years of teaching and choreographing. As a performer, she marched with the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps in 2022 and the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps in 2023, serving as a featured soloist with both organizations. Since 2024, she has served as a Visual Technician with the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps and is currently in her second year on staff with Rise Percussion.

Ellie currently serves as Visual Caption Head at Centaurus HS and previously held the same role at Horizon HS from 2020–2025. Her additional instructional experience includes visual staff positions at Lakewood HS (2022) and Monarch HS (2023). In Fall 2026, she will join the visual staffs of Fairview HS and Monarch HS.

As a designer, Ellie has written drill and created visual design for Legend HS Indoor Percussion (2026), Highlands Ranch HS Indoor Percussion (2026), and Highlands Ranch HS Marching Band (2025). She is passionate about developing performers through strong fundamentals, intentional movement, and artistic expression. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes quality movement, attention to detail, and a positive learning environment that empowers performers to reach their full potential while contributing to a unified ensemble product. Ellie is excited to continue her work with Rise Percussion as the Visual Caption Head and Choreographer for the 2026–2027 season.
